How to Apply

Reception September 2021 Intake

If you have made an application for a Reception place in September 2021, notification of school allocation will be made by your home local authority on National Offer Day Friday 16th April 2021.

The deadline for making applications for a Reception place in September 2021 has now passed. If you still wish to apply, you will need to make a ‘Late Application’, by contacting your home local authority.

Reception September 2022 Intake

The determined admissions arrangements for 2022-2023 can be found on the ‘Admissions Criteria’ page of our website. Further information on how to apply, open mornings and evening dates will be published in due course.

In-Year Applications 2020-2021

To apply for an in-year admission, you will need to complete the ‘BPA In-Year Application Form 2020-2021’ and return to the academy either by post or email to any queries relating to in-year admissions please contact the admissions team by calling 0115 929 7445 Option 6 or emailing the above email address.

Admission Appeals

Appeals must be be submitted in writing to the academy F.A.O Independent Appeals Panel Clerk. An appeal can be in the form of an email or letter. Details in the appeal must include; child’s name, date of birth, gender, full address as well as parent/carers name, relationship to child, contact number and email address. Please see below details for submitting your appeal.
