If you are claiming benefits, your child may be able to get extra provision in school through our Pupil Premium grant. To find out, please fill out the application form below and bring it into either of our school offices. We would be happy to print a copy for you if needed.
If you are unsure, please bring along your national Insurance Number and someone will help you fill out your form.
